We accept payment in the form of VISA, MasterCard, personal checks, and certified money orders. Orders placed with VISA and MasterCard will be filled immediately. Orders placed with certified money orders will be placed upon receipt of payment. Orders placed by personal check will be filled at a delay of 2 weeks or until the check clears. NSF checks will be charged a fee of $26.00.
We offer separate shipping options in our shopping cart. Should you wish to purchase a gift for someone and have it shipped directly to them, enter your address in the section for Billing Address and the address for the receiver of your gift in the Shipping Address.
We also offer gift certificates, which can be mailed directly to the recipient with your own special message.
We offer gift wrapping at an additional charge of $2.00 US . Should you wish to have a gift sent wrapped , enter this in the Comments section of your shopping cart and we will add this option to your order.
We accept exchanges on merchandise within 30 days of your receiving your order. Items for exchange must be in the original packaging, must be in new condition, must not be soiled or have been worn (trying on briefly for fit is ok) and must not have been laundered. Shipping your merchandise for exchange to us is at your own expense. Please see Returns for instructions to ensure a smooth exchange.
If you desire to return a purchase for a refund, please notify us by telephone or e-mail before sending it back. This will avoid any confusion.
We accept returns within 30 days of your receiving your goods. Articles must be in new condition (must not be worn, laundered, soiled or damaged in any way) . We cannot accept the return of used and/or laundered cloth diapers . Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable. Items with "free shipping", and exchanges or returns over $200 will be charged a 5 % restocking fee. All items from the clearance page are final sale and are not returnable. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item or store credit, please contact us for directions.
When returning your package please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order number.
All returns and exchanges must be sent via the postal service. All courier packages will be refused. All returns and exchanges must be clearly marked as RETURN OF MERCHANDISE or a flat fee of $5.00 US will apply to cover customs fees.
Should items be returned in unacceptable condition (ie. soiled, laundered, smelling of perfume, damaged, etc.), the buyer will have the option of having them shipped back at their expense. Getting in touch with us ahead of time, will avoid any of these miscommunications. Please await our response before returning packages, we wish to help make it a smooth and easeful transaction for our customers.
All personal information given to TwinkleLittleStar.com will be kept confidential and will only be used to fill your order. We do not sell our customer lists. Please keep in mind when contacting us by phone that we work out of our home. Although we always welcome calls from our customers, you may hear the pitter patter (ok, more like the pounding of an elephant herd) and the chorus (happy or unhappy ruckusing) of our wonderful family in the background.
